We will deliver all orders outside the European Union without the German sales tax of 19%.

All products shown in our store include the German sales tax. If you you order from a country outside the European Union (e.g. Canada, USA, Switzerland), you do not have to pay these taxes.

After you created your customer-account and live outside the European Union, you will find all prices displayed without tax (excluded tax). Our shop system will do this automatically for you.

Please make sure, that the delivery address has to be oustide the European Union, otherwise you have to pay the German sales tax. You will find the calculated taxes displayed on the confirmation page during the checkout process.

You may have to pay import taxes or custom fees for products ordered from the European Union. If you are not sure about the fees, please contact you local customs office.

For companies within the European Union, we will deliver without taxes if you have a valid VAT-ID and your company registrations describes the trade of erotic toys or erotic clothes. All companies without this company information will not be delivered without taxes.
